What we collect
Your email address when you sign up, and the projects you create — scripts, storyboard frames, elements and shot lists. We also collect basic usage analytics so we know which features are worth keeping.
How we use it
To run the product: authenticate you, store your boards, generate frames you ask for, and send account emails such as login codes. We do not sell your data and we do not show third-party ads.
Your content
Your scripts and boards belong to you. We only process them to provide CineoBoard features. We do not use your private project content to train public models.
Sharing
We share data with the infrastructure providers that host our database, storage and AI generation, strictly to deliver the service. Everyone in that chain is bound by confidentiality terms.
Retention and deletion
Your data lives for as long as your account is open. Delete a project and it goes; delete your account and we remove your personal data within 30 days, except records we must keep for accounting.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, export or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to privacy@cineoboard.com. We respond within 30 days.
